  • When will my order be shipped?
    The order is generally shipped in 2/4 working days (excluding Saturday). From the moment of shipment, delivery times are generally 24/72h (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday morning. All orders containing made-to-order or made-to-measure garments, which require 15 to 20 working days to be made, are excluded. The articles in question are those from the Laboratory collection marked with the "Made to Order" label or which have these characteristics in the description.
  • What are the delivery times?
    From the time of shipment, delivery times generally are 1/3 working days. For the ISLANDS, waiting times can be up to 4/5 working days The courier will send an email with the shipping confirmation and the relative tracking code with which you can independently track your package.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will be informed via email, both by Desi Abbigliamento and by our courier (SDA, GLS, TNT, DHL), of the relative tracking code with which you can independently track your package.
  • Will there be customs charges or taxes?
    Customs and import duties are charged once an item has arrived in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as custom and import policies vary from country to country. We recommend that you find out what these charges might be before placing your order. Customs or import charges are not applicable for orders within the EU.
  • How can I return the goods I have purchased?
    To proceed with the return of an order, you will need to send the items you intend to return at your expense to the following address: Accorsi E. c/o Desi Clothing Via degli orti 15/g 40137 Bologna (BO) +393292269877 The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order. The refund will be made no later than 10 days after receiving the returned goods. All products without packaging, with unsuitable or damaged packaging, used or incomplete will not be refunded.     No, it is not possible to return items made to order and/or made to measure.

  • Can I pay by bank transfer or Poste Pay top-up?
    To be able to place an order with payment by bank transfer , at the time of purchase you will need to click on Manual payments and follow the instructions below.   • Do you place orders with cash on delivery?
    No, it is not possible to purchase by cash on delivery.
  • I just placed an order but would like to add more items without having to pay shipping costs again
    If you have just placed an order, paying the shipping costs or exceeding the minimum threshold to get them free, you can add other items by selecting ipick up at our store . In this way you will not be charged any other additional costs. IN THE NOTES YOU MUST INDICATE that the aforementioned order will be combined and shipped together with the previous one. This procedure can only be carried out in the 24/48h following the first order
  • I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email
    If you have just placed an order and no confirmation email appears, it may have ended up in the SPAM . If you haven't received any confirmation email at all, it means that: Your order was not successful. You will see your payment reversed on your bank/paypal account within 24/48h When registering you entered your email incorrectly We advise you to contact us in any case by email at desibbigliamento@gmail.com
  • Up to what size do your garments fit?
    Most of the items in our collection are one size fits all and generally fit up to a size 46/48. The articles of our laboratory (Desi Lab) being made to order and tailored, it is possible to make them up to a size 50/52.
